About this event

We use our gym floor for everything --- sports games, PE classes, school lunches, special events, Friday night youth meetings, weekend basketball, church services --- and our gym floor needs to be replaced! Help us raise the money for a new gym floor that will be used for years to come by the church, school and preschool!

RAM RUN SPONSORSHIP

Sponsors are an integral part of our ministries here at BACBC, CCS and TTP. Our ministries would struggle without the support of those in our church and school family who believe in us.

Sponsors are invited to a special Seafood Boil Sponsorship Lunch held in the Lobby from 12-1:30 PM on the day of the Ram Run. Space is limited to 100 guests. Priority will be given to Gold and Silver Level Sponsors. If no more seats are available, we will offer your complimentary meals to go (to be picked up outside the side Gym door between 12:00-12:30 PM on April 30th).

Sign up on Eventbrite to become a sponsor. Space is extremely limited. Registration ends when all spaces are filled or April 23rd. Once you register as a sponsor via Eventbrite, our accounting team will contact you via email for payment options. Check or cash is preferred, but PayPal is also accepted.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

  • Gold Level: $5,000 (includes 10 tickets for Sponsorship Lunch, swag bags, name/business on gym banner and outdoor thank you banner)
  • Silver Level: $3,000 (includes 5 tickets for Sponsorship Lunch, swag bags, name/business on gym banner and outdoor thank you banner)
  • Bronze Level: $2,000 (includes 2 tickets for Sponsorship Lunch, swag bags, name/business on outdoor thank you banner)
  • Copper Level - To Go: $500 (includes 2 two pound bags of seafood only and 2 cookies to go)

SEAFOOD BOIL SPONSORSHIP LUNCH

  • Option 1: Seafood Meal - 2 pounds of mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels with corn & potato); scoop of rice; piece of parathe bread
  • Option 2: Grilled Meal - Mixed grilled meats (chicken, teriyaki steak, kalbi), rice, macaroni salad
  • Option 3: Vegetarian Meal - Garlic noodles, steamed broccoli, macaroni salad

All seafood meals will be cooked in garlic butter; other sauces will be available
